More than 850 participants are expected to attend this year’s meetings and discussions. ESPN gives industry representatives the opportunity to learn from one another by discussing critical topics in their fields. Novus will present its latest advances in poultry nutrition with seven research posters. Novus will also host a lunch symposium on mineral environmental constraints during the conference.

The lunch symposium and discussion will be held Thursday, Aug. 27 from 12:30 – 13:15 at the Prague Congress Center Plenary Room. Dr. Laura Star, Poultry Nutrition Researcher at Schothorst Feed Research will present on the “Environmental constraints in poultry related to Zn, Cu and Mn.”

“We recognize the need to protect the environment. We make the investments in technology that helps us develop sustainable solutions for our customers,” commented Uwe Ranft, Area General Manager of Europe & Middle East at Novus. “For example, our MINTREX® chelated trace minerals are exceptional in their ability to optimize nutrition and enhance animal health and performance. MINTREX is absorbed and used by the animal to a much greater degree when compared to other trace mineral sources. This maintains production efficiency with lower mineral inclusions, resulting in fewer minerals excreted, offering producers the ability to have a positive impact on the environment.”
