Unlike other Telco’s, the company owns the IPR to a fully automated software platform that allows its customers to configure, quote and order all online, the end to end process is fully controlled by software, right up to billing and collections, “That’s our differentiator” says Andy Hollingworth, newly appointed CEO of the Group.

Andy, who was a former Director of TalkTalk Business until the end of 2015 says, “people that own and manage small to medium sized businesses demand efficiency and speed, they do not have the time, or be required to give focus, to be dealing with their in-house telecom requirements, they want a service that just works, its hassle free so it allows them to get on with growing their own business, our ambition is to make technology invisible to the small business.” has been set up specifically for that reason. For a technology sector, telecoms is really living in the dark ages with predominantly manual processes driving the business growth behind the scenes. With these kind of processes a business cannot be as efficient as it wants to be, it is then further hindered by human error and mistakes which ultimately are passed onto the end customer. Nearly every single business we had spoken to in our research stated that telecoms to them was often problematic. Having to manage their suppliers was equally as challenging, but all said they could not trade without it.

Toople aims to take this challenge away from its customers, so that our customers can get on with what they are better at doing, running their own business” will also launch its mobile and hosted phone systems over the coming months so its customers can enjoys a wide range of services all under one roof.
